Checked in late but the location enabled us to walk to a choice of restaurants for dinner. Great location, staff is pleasant and professional. Hotel itself is older, and needs some TLC, seems to be common for the Marriott properties I’ve visited recently. Room was ok, and you could see they were trying to keep it up but the towels were badly stained and the HVAC loud. Not enough to prevent us from sleeping after we adjusted to it.
Excellent location for walkability and perfect amenities for our needs. Will stay here again!
The front desk staff were friendly throughout our stay and understood our needs without us having to ask. Our room and the hotel itself was spotless. They allow dogs and are located in a safe area I felt comfortable walking the dog at night.
I can say that I have no complaints about the hotel overall. It’s in a great location. I was able to walk to the convention center where my event was held and to the Silos. That was a huge plus for me! The room was spacious and very clean. I had everything that I needed! The only criticism is that my A/C unit was very loud. It was right by the bed so it was distracting. However, the stay was otherwise pleasant!
Ricardo is absolutely amazing. He welcomed us with smiles and was so kind. He has such a warm heart and accommodated us and helped us so much. He has incredible work ethic and made us feel at home at this hotel. One time I stayed I also lost my AirPods and he found them, saved them for me and made sure they got back to me. His customer service is out of this world. Anyone would be beyond lucky to have him as their employee.
Had a good experience staying at this hotel for 2 weeks there was two ladies in particular I like to shout out that's Teresa who did the breakfast selection and Jasmine at the front desk thank you ladies for making my stay great.
My husband and I spent March 25th and 26th here, 2025. We had an extremely nice stay. Our room was the one with the full kitchenette. Everything was very clean. Entire room well maintained. Continental breakfast top notch. Very good variety. Fresh food. Entire area kept very clean. Front desk personnel very welcoming and helpful. We are Marriot members, and we had a lovely Marriot experience. A big shout out to everyone at this Waco Marriot who made it so! Thank you!
Wonderful place to stay. It was a small apartment at a very reasonable price. Nice area. Took a dip in the pool, and it was refreshing. We will be back.
